Rework interpolation API #29
Description
No more Interpolation class. It is replaced by a Interpolant class that does not own the starting time of the interpolation and a function that takes the starting time the current time and the interpolant and returns the value.
The Interpolant is basically the ParameterAnimation without mAccumulatedTime
