Adds Boardroom as an external agentic frontend / multi-agent command center.

Thanks for the submission and for checking fit before opening this.

Unfortunately this one falls outside what this repo accepts. Contributions here need to be a self-contained tutorial with runnable code living in its own folder in the repo. This PR is a single README line linking out to an external app (github.com/jamiejhouston-commits/boardroom), with no runnable example added to the repo itself. We don't accept README link-only additions or pointers to external/hosted products, since the value of the collection is in code people can clone and run locally.

If you'd like to contribute Boardroom-style functionality, a minimal, self-contained example app (with its own folder, README, and runnable code that uses an LLM) would be very welcome. Closing this for now.
