Hi,
I am trying to simulate the response of a ring resonator in interconnect (layout in klayout), but I keep getting the errors:

I have done the Functional Layout Check in klayout and it gives me no errors detected.
I also tried simulating other circuits (like MZIs, WBGs) and they do not show this these errors. So I am guessinig it only has to do with the ''ebeam_dc_halfring_straight'' component.
Simulating the component 'ring_doublebus' from the EBeam_Beta library shows similar error.
Any hint why is it failing to simulate?
