Constant error and problems #43

Sickchill installer
SickChill started downloading whole seasons of shows I didn't want and I had to go through each show and mark them archived so it would stop. I was getting constant errors, so I decided to do a clean install and start over. But now it won't let me add any shows and I keep getting these two errors and now it won't even open the main page. I put back older versions of all my data and it will open now with the shows I add before but I"m still getting these errors over and over. And I would like to know how to update SickChill without running the install every time. Is there a specific command?
