E-Mail Notification on Item Status Change

Motivation

For our new quality management workflow it's necessary to be able to inform the "Technical Approval" person that an item is waiting for approval.

To Do

• implement the ability to send e-mail notifications form TRUCTURE
• implement a settings entry for specifying e-mail addresses
• implement a new item status: "Technical Review" -> turquoise color
• add the actual "on status changed to tech review" signal that triggers the notification

fully integrated:

• only admins see the new "Tech Review" status
• mail gets sent automatically on status change
• mail contains the regarding item and project
• mail sender needs to be changed to a creanovo dev mail address
• mail recipient is set to Sidney by default, but can be changed in TRUCTURE settings
• colors are different than requested: Art Review is turquoise , Tech Review is salmon colored
