awork Integration Refactoring

Goal

Fix the background sync feature & improve the usability of the awork integration.

Motivation

The current background sync feature is broken.

To Do

• refactor the awork module
• comment the awork module
• during awork to Google Sheets Sync → note the last sync time inside the Google Sheet
