Remove or Skip Welcome Checklist once checklist is complete or not needed

Remove or Skip Welcome Checklist once checklist is complete or not needed.

Expected behavior

Once the checklist is complete, the Welcome Checklist button in the top right corner should disappear. Or, if not required a skip button should be introduced so the button is hidden in the UI.

How to reproduce

1. Install Signoz.
2. Complete all checklist items.
3. Button still visible.

• Browser version: Firefox 146
