Listing of Services/Application in Metrics tab

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently on Metrics tab, only services with Span Kind SERVER is displayed. This is confusing, as most projects may have few servers, and the others could be of CONSUMER kind

I would like to see all the services whose data I've send via otel
