I don't know how to install it

there's a python script named install, even though I installed puthon and restarted my computer, it says python not found, and it says run the program without arguments to install from microsoft store, but I didn't run it with any arguments.

I believe this is only part of a larger toolsuite called MEK. Try installing that one instead: https://github.com/Sigmmma/mek
