Matter GitHub v2.3.0-1.3-alpha.2: missing files for BRD2703A / MG24 Explorer Kit

Description of the issue

Hi

In the standard\BRD2703A directory of matter-accessory-device-images_2.3.0-1.3-alpha.2.zip, I only have 5 files even if release v2.3.0-1.3-alpha.2

Thread support for the following applications:

1. Light
2. Light Switch
3. Lock
4. Window Covering
5. Thermostat
6. On/Off plug
7. Sensor
8. Dishwasher

Could you add the missing files?

@lboue We currently don't offer pre-built binaries of all the apps for all of the boards (i.e.: this is not the only board that is missing some of the sample apps pre-built binaries). That being said, I'll have a look at adding the binaries for this board specifically as I think that would be helpful. I'll post an update once we've discussed it internally and have a resolution on whether they'll be added or not.
