Matter over OpenThread Multi-switch Device issue

I'm using 5 switches only 3(PB03-p21,PA03-p16,PA05-EXP_HEADER7) interrupts are occurring properly, but other 2 switches on pins (PA06-EXP_HEADER11,PA07-EXP_HEADER13) are not working. Should I select another GPIO pins?
And on Home application how can i get 3 switches to control matter light for brightness, on, off control, now after scanning QR code only one switch is available in home application

For your first question, have you tried testing with a minimal application (not Matter) to verify that button interrupt handlers work using those pins?
For your second question, can you show me the ZAP Endpoints and their clusters from your device?
