Current Behavior

CTT test CSR_LifelineMandatoryReports_Rev05 fails and gives the following error message.

Error - Expected report INDICATOR_REPORT is missing

This is after CTT sends an Indicator Set to ZPC. See test logs for context.

Expected Behavior

Pass the test

Steps To Reproduce

Run test case (interactive category) on ZPC

1. CTT End Device is added to ZPC's Lifeline
2. CTT Controller sends an Indicator Set to ZPC
3. A Report is expected form ZPC to CTT End Device
