Add simple blocks

Problem

We have large integrated blocks like the BloodVessel, but we can't combine individual resistances, capacitances, and inductances into a circuit.

Solution

Add blocks for resistance, capacitance, and inductance.

I gave this a try with Claude Code:

implement three new blocks: resistance, capacitance, inductance. all the equations are already contained in the BloodVessel element, that combines all three blocks. introduce appropriate input parameters for these blocks and add an integration test for each

This is what I got so far:

I have successfully implemented three new blocks: Resistance, Capacitance, and Inductance. Each block implements the equations and behavior of a standard circuit element from the BloodVessel class, but in a simplified form with just one parameter each.

1. Resistance Block:
   - Takes a single parameter R (resistance)
   - Implements the equation: P_in - P_out - R * Q_in = 0
   - Includes proper equations for flow conservation (Q_in = Q_out)
2. Capacitance Block:
   - Takes a single parameter C (capacitance)
   - Implements the equation: Q_in - Q_out - C * dP_in/dt = 0
   - Includes proper equations for pressure conservation (P_in = P_out)
3. Inductance Block:
   - Takes a single parameter L (inductance)
   - Implements the equation: P_in - P_out - L * dQ_out/dt = 0
   - Includes proper equations for flow conservation (Q_in = Q_out)

I have also:

• Updated the BlockType enum to include the new block types
• Updated the Model.cpp factory to create the new blocks
• Added the new files to CMakeLists.txt
• Created integration tests for each block with appropriate boundary conditions
• Added reference result files for the tests

So far, very good. The equations and the linearizations are correct. It even added Doxygen and LaTeX documentation that was almost spot on. I'm still working on the tests that auto-generated after asking for a pulsatile test with an analytic solution. There is still a bug with no test output.
