MODsuits are broken due to wizmerges

Description

Along the way it seems MODsuit functionality broke during Wizmerges. Built in magboots no longer function and the part toggle UI is... busted, to say the least.

I'll work on a fix for Arcadis and upstream.

Reproduction

1 Use MODsuit
2. Try to toggle parts
3. Agony

Expected behavior

1. Use MODsuit
2. MODsuit works
