Convert to Kotlin Multiplatform project

Feature Request (Migration Request/Imporvement):

As 99% of the code is in Kotlin and all the corresponding dependencies are either standard or internal, it is possible to convert this entire library to kotlin multiplatform project. SO it can support Android, iOS, Desktop and even Web.
