lxplus subfolder limitations #47
Description
There is a limitation of lxplus, within one folder there can only have 32000 subfolders. This restricts the number of jobs the program can process once.
We should change a little bit of the structure of the study folder to avoid this limitation. But that means we also need to change the way to collect the results.
