pymysql needed on some HTCondor nodes

When I did the scalability tests, I found some jobs fail due to the absence of pymysql module. I think the reason is that the pymysql module is not deployed on the new condor nodes.
We need to ask IT to deploy pymysql module on all the HTCondor nodes
