Redundant SC node beginning+end of lattice #43
Description
The routines in installing the space charge nodes can result in a redundant space charge node at the end of the lattice in addition to the one at the beginning of the lattice. This depends on an unfortunately chosen l_target.
Just noticed during set-up of a particular simulation -- need to provide a MWE to show this.
