Overview

Enhance the email marketing functionality in the user dashboard by improving HTML templates, expanding use cases, and testing delivery.

Tasks

• Improve the HTML email templates for visual appeal and clarity
• Test sending emails to multiple recipient groups
• Brainstorm and document use cases for this tool (e.g., resending keys to a single user, announcing new features, sending bounty marketing campaigns to many users)
• Support both 1:1 and bulk email use cases
• Ensure customizable and flexible template options for different communications

Acceptance Criteria

• Enhanced and visually improved HTML email templates are available in the dashboard
• Confirmed delivery and appearance tests are completed
• Documentation covers at least the following use cases: key resend, feature announcement, bounty marketing, user engagement, and community updates
• Multiple templates and custom options are available in the UI
