Setup State is not persistent for sign-in user

Basically if you sign in / sign up=> do full setup => sign out => again sign in the setup steps are not saved to db / not fetched from db and it asks to complete setup again
And again if setup is half complete and we sign out => again asks to restart
Very p0 because cant give it to any company if everytime it asks to do setup
