Garden plots widget fails to show pests in unassigned plots #2001
Description
What happened?
In this case plot 19 (bottom row, left of center) had a pest in it, but there was no red outline on that plot. That plot is cleaned but hasn't been touched otherwise, so it's a green glass pane.
