Missing dashboard icons

icons for standards, narratives, interims, progress notes, people, course sections, and settings have all been designed by Ali

@ryon can you assign icons from the collection to all the demo tool links, here's an example I did to one on your instance: http://dev-ryon-v1.node0.slate.is/develop#diff:[26931,27864]/php-config/Slate/UI/Tools.config.php

Each item on the dev-ryon dashboard now has a unique icon (except for Cool People), but some of them have a pretty weak link to their title (I stole a bunch from the sample course icons). We'll want to audit these ASAP and get some more ready.
