Contact V3 - Filter doesn't filter anything

In the demo online, at http://demo.sleepingowladmin.ru/admin/contacts/v3?
I created a new contact with same country but companies different. 
I wanted to test the filter (created with the "append" command) on two different column.

When i click nothing happens, the url didn't change. (and so the filter didn't modify the diplay).

Is it normal ? (I don't use it correctly ?)
Or is it a bug ?
