Include the AdaptiveCpp library in the superbuild

Modify the CMakeList of SlicerRT so that it builds / links against
AdaptiveCpp (https://github.com/AdaptiveCpp/AdaptiveCpp/). An example on
how to do this could be here:

AdaptativeCpp does allow CMake build, however it uses GCC/Clang intrinsic, meaning it would need this type of compiler instead of MSVC.

It is possible to use a specific compiler for building an ExternalProject such as AdaptativeCpp, however said compiler would need to be installed beforehand.

It is possible to only build this only if on Linux, which would have the compilers necessary for it.

@ferdymercury Please let us know if we should add it only if built on Linux, or maybe some other condition.

Thanks, yes, you can skip Windows, it would be great if it could build on Linux and MacOS
