On the top navbar make current organization a dropdown menu of all possible orgs for user

On the top navbar make current organization a dropdown menu of all possible orgs for user.
Right now it is just a label of the one selected from the organization browsing page.
To facilitate easily switching between orgs add a dropdown menu in that location where that label is.
