Add Pytest for YAPC using an open code base

The current code (yapc_compare.py) used to test the YAPC implementation is based off of Python code developed by Jeff and is not open source, and therefore cannot be included in a pytest.  This code either needs to be open sourced, or rewritten so that it can be used as a pytest.
