The HDF5-S3 cache fills up and doesn't replace files

When running with HDF5/HSDS, the S3 asset options (atl03-s3 and atl06-s3) works in the beginning as long as the file cache has not reached the file limit, but once the file limit is reached, it does not delete the old files, but instead just stops being able to download and use any new files.

After further investigation, the culprit was that the disk filled up and sliderule was not able to write any additional files.
