Steps to reproduce: - Set any Vive tracker to Disabled inside SteamVR - Restart SlimeVR and SteamVR (and feeder app if running separately) - View that the tracker appears but is unroled inside SlimeVR, and will appear as either disconnected or Connected but will not highlight when moved - Change a Vive tracker from Disabled to any role inside SteamVR - View that the tracker is not sending rotation or position data to SlimeVR despite now being enabled in SteamVR - Restart SlimeVR and SteamVR once more - SteamVR is now sending that trackers data to SlimeVR (tracker highlights when moved and rotates skeleton when rotated)
