Autoscout: expired log not captured

Due to SnotyMe/snoty-backend#206, the expired log message isn't captured by the NodeLogAppender.

Instead, pass the logger provided in the Node Context to either the AutoscoutAPIImpl or, probably better yet, to the fetch functions.
