Billing mode change doesn’t work

I’ve installed your awesome app on YunoHost (based on debian).

It doesn’t use docker.

Installation works well (although I haven’t import any exercice yet).

I’ve set the environment variable DEFAULT_BILLING_MODE="DISABLED" or "FREEMIUM", but it doesn’t change anything and the premium category is still there as well as the statistic category says to pay to have access on it.

Did I misunderstood the purpose of this env variable? If yes, it would be a feature request to be able to make the instance without premium features.

(I’ve also a little question: how do I set an admin user for a bare-metal installation? Thanks :D)
