[Bug]: startup-broker.sh script exits due to Unable to set the server certificate

Bug Description

Comparing the two files below. The helm chart startup_broker.sh script is missing awk '{gsub(/\r/, "")

seems like it doesn't matter. Whenever TLS is enabled standby instance readinessProbe is failing.

with awk 'NF {sub(/\r/, ""); printf "%s\n", $0;}' worked perfectly for me. Also we need to make sure server cert do not contain any metadata before the -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----

else SEMP patch will return json parsing error.
