Add integration test using Solace Messaging Connector

The integration-tests module only contains a test project using the managed Solace messsaging service.
We can add a second integration test module to test the Solace messaging connector with Quarkus.

No, it wasn't what I had in mind.
I thought a simple producer/consumer cycle with maybe the dev service, would serve as non-regression to ensure that connector integration to Quarkus continues to work.
