Remove Remote Materials

User Story

As a meeting organiser, I can remove an existing reference to remote material from a meeting, so I can clean up the meeting removing invalid/outdated material.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Display a Meeting in the Data Browser.
2. In the tab bar, click on the tab for an existing remote material.
3. The remote material is displayed.
4. Click on a "remove" icon.
5. A confirmation dialog is displayed.
6. If you confirm the removal, the reference to the remote material is removed from the meeting.
7. If you do not confirm the removal, no changes are made to the meeting.
