Can delete Chat tool but meeting reference is not removed

If you add a Chat tool to a meeting, a Char resource is created and a tab is added to the tab bar. If you display the Chat view, the standard set of Chat tools are displayed, including "Under the hood". This allows you to delete the Chat resource, but the related tab bar tab is not removed. If you then click on the Chat tab, a message Can't find file requested: [object Object] is displayed.

To Replicate

1. Display a Meeting.
2. Add a Chat tool.
3. Display the Chat view in the meeting.
4. Select the "Under the hood" tool for the Chat view and delete the Chat resource.

Expected

1. The Chat resource is deleted.
2. The Chat tab is removed from the tab bar.

Actual

1. A message Can't find file requested: [object Object] is displayed.
