Delete Tools

User Story

As a meeting organiser, I can delete an existing tool from a meeting, so I can clean up the meeting deleting incorrect/inappropriate tools.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Display a Meeting in the Data Browser.
2. In the tab bar, click on the tab for an existing tool.
3. The tool is displayed.
4. Click on a "delete" icon.
5. A confirmation dialog is displayed.
6. If you confirm the deletion:
   a. The tool is removed from the tab bar.
   b. The tool resource is deleted.
7. If you do not confirm the deletion, no changes are made to the meeting.

Dev Notes

• If a Chat tool is added to the meeting, when the Chat view is displayed the standard set of Chat tools are displayed allowing the Chat resource to be deleted but the reference is not removed from the meeting: Can delete Chat tool but meeting reference is not removed #26
