Hello, I'm currently working on adding support for Quake3 and it's "forks" into my addon https://github.com/REDxEYE/SourceIO, I already have extensive BSP format support. Do you want to collaborate and help each other?

I've added (not yet pushed) almost full support for Q3 maps.

Nice. Good job. Your version looks a little bright, but its definitly heading the right direction. I'm open for collaboration, just unsure for what purpose. I dislike duplicating work. I wrote you on discord. Maybe we can find something useful to work on together. Looking forward to your reply.

Maybe we can start with shared entity index? Like one you have for jk2 but with extra fields like model path and etc and extend it for q3 and other forks?

I wrote a very crude importer for radiants .def files exactly for this purpose. The gamepacks already store some fields like model path etc.

I was thinking about something fgd like with proper base types and etc, like all point entities inherit from point class and etc, but instead of fgd store it in json

And using this dictionary i can generate my entity python classes to access fields
