Finish user authentication implementation: Implement and require email confirmation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently users may register and use the app and login / logout. A confirmation email is generated but not sent and email confirmations are not required.

Describe the solution you'd like

• User should have ability to change password
• On create user, app should route to another page, main page?
• Setup, send, and require confirmation emails
