Copying settings with flux configurator doesn't update the block

Describe the bug
When copying settings with the Flux Configurator the block doesn't actually update until you break it

To Reproduce

1. Place down and configure a Flux Point/Plug
2. Use the Flux Configurator to copy those settings
3. Place down another Point/Plug and paste the settings
4. Notice nothing changes
5. Break the block and it'll be updated

Expected behavior
Settings to get pasted to the new block in-world

Adding to this, tested by creating a plug with all switches flipped and with a specific network connected.

Although most of the settings were properly pasted, visually the plug did not update and the chunk loading switch was not pasted correctly. Oh and Rejoining the world does update the block's color btw.
