[1.20.1] - Feature Request: Make it possible for flux networks to bypass the maximum int value transfer rate

Can you make it possible for flux points and plugs to be able to input/output more than 2,147,483,648 FE/t? I really need it for GregTech's higher tier voltage (I'm on UXV).

Isn't this already past the int limit? 2,147,483,648 is greater than 2,147,483,647 (INT_MAX).
UXV has 536,870,912 EU/t, i.e., 2,147,483,648 FE/t)

Flux networks transfers slower than when I place the energy hatch right next to the dynamo hatch, but I really want to be able to distribute energy that gets outputted from the Power Substation.

This is because Flux Plug cannot receive EU natively at present, but relies on GregTech's own EU-to-FE conversion, thus limiting it to INT_MAX

This is an area where Flux Networks still needs improvement.

Historically, in 1.12, Flux Plugs couldn't properly handle EU transfer and required manually fragmenting the energy. For example, if your network only needed 100 FE (which equals 25 EU), but your generator outputs 128V at 1A, then no energy would be transferred at all. In contrast, GregTech(Modern)'s own EU-to-FE conversion automatically handles these leftover FE units, which would leave 128 * 1 * 4 − 100 = 412 FE remaining.

Ideally, Flux Networks should be able to deal with all such cases.
