NET-1597 UTs: Verify that all pom.xml Versions are in sync with the Version.props

In #9000, not all files have been appropriately updated and it's easy to miss. See #8981 for example that all are correctly updated.
We should add a test in our pipeline that checks if all these files have the same version.

During release this is not an issue as the assemblies, nuget and the final jars are getting their version from the build - but it would be good to have things consistent.
