Add a CI job to run the new component/e2e test suites on every PR

Description

.github/workflows/test.yml currently only runs next lint-equivalent checks (verify and extend). Once Issues 30/31 add real test suites, wire them into CI so they run on every PR.

Acceptance Criteria

• Feature is fully implemented
• Tests pass
• Lint/type checks pass
• PR references this issue number

Notes
