Two subscripts in Sortablejs library seem incompatible: “Store” and “Disabled”. They work separately but not together. Is it a “scope” problem?

Problem:

I successfully used the STORE option of sortablejs library here:https://jsfiddle.net/6u78dmkg/ .
I also successfully used the DISABLE option of sortablejs library here:https:https://jsfiddle.net/53dfrtvw/
But I fail to obtain both at once:
