Seeking help to resolve this hugging chat api call

Seeking anyone help on this. This is the code:

When this code is run, it goes to call the login.py and run the function self.grantauth() and I believe it has something to deal with "location. Can anyone suggest anything? Is there something I can check. This is the actual error code:
