integrating the footer section

I want to integrate the section below (God Of Football)
It looks very clumsy the font size of text is inappropriate which gives unprofessional look and also makes user ineffective and also want to add background colour by changing the font style,colour,size..etc
Please assign me this issue under Aperture2.0 #medium
