Feature request: Definable folder for patch files

Currently patch files (IPS and BPS) need to be in the same folder as a ROM image to automatically load. A user can define folders for videos, audio, save files, etcetera. Perhaps patches could have a user-defined folder as well? I think organization fans would appreciate it. :3

Or maybe apply automatically IPS inside a compressed file (i.e: when loading MyRom.zip with MyRom.nes in the compressed file, if a file called MyRom.ips exists inside the same .zip file, it will be loaded automatically).

Some emulators like Snes9X and puNES do this and this also facilitate the organization.
