45-in-1 multicart doesn't work correctly

45-in-1 (that full version of Super Mario World pirated version available) rom doesn't work correctly in libretro Mesen core.

When I select the game, it only black screen. Only 2nd game 'Super Mario' works.
1st game 'Super Mario World' became select memu again.

Looks like the code for mapper 90 does not match the more up-to-date information written on the wiki. I'll probably have to make a number of corrections to fix this.
