Document the Lessons Learned Process

This task is to document the project Lessons Learned process developed and piloted by Steve Pooley and Steve Crouch.

The process currently exists in a markdown format that needs to be imported into the repository. A future task (to be logged) will be to improve the process w.r.t. the feedback of piloting it with the QCrBox and HPC intro training projects.
