Description
As sov-stf-runner core point of rollup, it can measure different parts of rollup.
Desired metric at the moment:
- blocks fetch time (next/finalized)
- inclusion/extraction proofs time
- apply slot time
- finalize storage time
- Txs cound applied in slot (split success/error if possible)
