Atmospherics should have a distribution system similar to how Electrical functions.
Atmospherics Distribution
Atmospherics Distribution starts from the high-pressure tanks located inside of Atmospherics. These tanks are connected to high-pressure pipelines along major thoroughfares / perimeter maintenance, which are then stepped down to safer pressures at manifolds located at each department (similar to substations).
Atmospherics Return
Atmospherics returns essentially operate in reverse, with the pipe system remaining entirely low pressure but instead driven by vacuum suction generated in Atmospherics itself, keeping the return system at a lower pressure than ambient station pressure.
