Add more robot commands to CC #5

Something like:

  • Request all known obstacle points from robot to CC
    • RO for request obstacles, robot replies with O command
  • Send current autonomous status from robot to CC
    • Mining, navigating, dumping, etc
    • Probably AS key code, e.g. AS:D for dumping
